SCHOLARSHIPS AND FUNDING

Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy

Master of Public Administration
The Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School offers at least ten scholarships (minimum five awarded at each campus) of between $5,000 and $6,000 each for MPA applicants. Scholarships will be awarded to students based on academic standing. To be eligible for a scholarship, students must be enrolled in the school on a full-time basis. All complete applications received by February 1, will automatically be considered for funding.

Master of Public Policy
Highly qualified MPP students who are engaged in the program on a full-time basis will receive funding at a competitive rate to support their research. To be eligible for this funding, students must commit to completing the program over a maximum of two academic years. All complete applications received by February 1, will automatically be considered for funding.

Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy
Highly qualified doctoral students who are engaged in the program on a full-time basis will receive funding at a competitive rate to support their research. All complete applications received by February 1, will automatically be considered for funding.

A limited number of Teaching Assistantship are available from the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research for Fall and Winter opportunities at the University of Regina.  Please submit your application to JSGS Regina academic office on or before June 15.  Please refer to the Terms of Reference for Funding from the FGSR for complete details on qualifications, conditions, and the application process.
