Description:Let’s not worry about a North American Union. We remain three sovereign nations and are not moving toward anything that will look like the European Union. But our nations are deeply interconnected and interdependent. And now, after decades in which key sectors of our economies became more deeply integrated with little direct government involvement, many of the critical issues we face – climate change, energy, demographics, infrastructure and competitiveness – demand a much more collaborative, continental response. The question we must answer is how three independent but profoundly connected nations will make decisions about matters that affect us all.
Please Note:Please be advised that the JSGS Window Room is located on the second floor of the Gallery Building. Individuals with mobility difficulties should contact us at 306.585.5869 or js_outreach@uregina.ca at least one week prior to the event.
