Description:A key issue facing MPP and PhD policy students is to learn about the publishing process, which they all shall enter, sooner rather than later. In this talk, Dr. Daniel Béland explores issues confronting these students as they might seek to publish research-based books, chapters and, especially, journal articles. The talk goes over issues such as how to select appropriate journals for your work, and how to handle the peer-review process. This talk is an opportunity for research students to ask all the questions they have in mind about scholarly publishing, so there will be plenty of room for discussion!
Please Note:Please note this presentation is only available to current JSGS students with emphasis towards MPP and PhD students.
