NOTE: All students admitted into the MPA, MPP and PhD programs in September 2011 must maintain a cumulative overall average of 70 per cent. For those JSGS students taking courses at the University of Saskatchewan, a 70 per cent passing grade is required in each course in order to receive credit towards their degree. Students who began in these programs prior to September 2011 can elect to complete their program under the standards that were in place at the time they entered the program, as per University of Saskatchewan policy. In addition, the JSGS has developed a Grade Descriptors document that explains how grades are assigned for our courses. Download Grade Descriptors pdf
