The 2015 ceremony will honour Clare Isman, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Finance IPAC-Saskatchewan annually awards a gold medal as a mark of distinction and exceptional achievement to a person or a team who, in the opinion of a panel of independent judges, has shown distinctive leadership in public administration in Saskatchewan, or who, by writings or other endeavours, has made a significant contribution in the field of public administration in Saskatchewan. Awards will also be presented for the following achievements: Promising New Professional Award in Public Administration, Shelby Enevoldsen, Jennifer Huber, and Hillary Prodahl IPAC Doug Stevens Public Policy Graduate Student Scholarship – Olena Schell IPAC Academic Award – Kendra Gellner
