IPAC-SK Conference: Innovation in the Public Sector

University of Regina

IPAC Saskatchewan is excited to host a two-day conference on October 6 and 7, 2015 in Regina on the theme of Innovation in the Public Sector. Federal, provincial and municipal governments – as well as Aboriginal organizations and Crown corporations – will be presenting on what innovation means to them, and will be showcasing examples of how they are implementing innovation in their respective jurisdictions. This conference is for public servants from all levels of government. The event will be targeted toward both senior public servants and new professionals to encourage and support innovation early within their careers. Senior public servants from police services, school boards, and post-secondary institutions such as the University of Saskatchewan, the University of Regina, and Saskatchewan Polytechnic will find the conference very informative and useful. The conference is also designed to attract students in public policy, public administration, and across other disciplines who are interested in learning about innovation in the public sector. IPAC Saskatchewan hopes that you will join us for a lively and timely discussion on some of the most pressing issues facing government today.
