Learning From One Another ~ Northern Governance Conference 2016

Video Conference

If you are a public administrator working in the Northwest Territories (NWT) or simply interested in northern governance, then this conference is for you!

The NWT has undergone significant change in the last few years and our governments have taken on new roles and responsibilities. Those of us who work for these governments – whether municipal, Aboriginal, territorial or federal – are innovating in response to these changes.

The theme of this conference is ‘Learning from One Another’ and it will help various officials, practitioners and academics share and showcase the innovative work being undertaken in the areas of capacity building, research, policy throughout the North.

The NWT Regional Group of the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC-NWT) has partnered with the Government of the Northwest Territories’ Department of Aboriginal Affairs and Intergovernmental Relations, Tłı̨chǫ Government, and Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy to host the #NGC2016.
