JSGS is pleased to be hosting this year's Case Competition!

 

JSGS is pleased to be hosting the 2024 National Annual Public Administration Case Competition.

 

The National Annual Public Administration Case Competitionis a joint project of CAPPA and the Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC). Canadian universities that have programs in public administration may compete. It is designed to highlight the excellence of Canadian public administration programs and students, and to provide a valuable learning experience for students

Competing schools will present today as follows (all times in EST)

  • 8:00 am - Carleton University
  • 8:45 am - University of Toronto
  • 9:30 am - Dalhousie University
  • 10:30am - Ecole nationale d’administration publique
  • 11:15 am - JSGS
  • 12:00 pm - York University
  • 12:45 pm - Toronto Metropolitan University
  • 2:00 pm - University of British Columbia
  • 2:45 pm - Concordia University
  • 3:30 pm - Queen’s University
  • 4:30 pm - Glendon College
  • 5:15 pm - University of Alberta

The Awards Ceremony and announcement of the winning teams will take place at 7:00 pm EST.

 

As part of the national competition, CAPPA has partnered with the Canada School of Public Service to present The Career Paths Discussion Lunch Panel on February 24 12:00 - 1:00 PM EST (11 am CST). “Embark on a journey to discover the multitude of career opportunities within the Government of Canada. Join us for an engaging discussion led by seasoned professionals as they share insights into their own career paths and offer invaluable advice on how to navigate and excel in the federal public service.
