In celebration of Law Day, JSGS and the CBA SK Branch are pleased to host this public lecture:
The criminal justice system has developed over centuries to balance and protect both the community and the individual. Recent events have caused some to question that balance. Respected members of the Court, Public Prosecutions and the Defence Bar will discuss the value of the criminal justice system, its respect for individual rights and proposals for change.
