JSGS Student Event ~ Falling through the Cracks: Greg's Story

Video Conference

All interested graduate students are invited to join us for a film screening and discussion!

Falling Through the Cracks: Greg’s Story is a short film on Greg Price’s journey through the healthcare system. The film gives a glimpse of who Greg was and focuses on the events of his healthcare journey that ended in his unexpected and tragic death. In spite of the sadness of Greg’s Story, the message of the film is intended to inspire positive change and improvement in the healthcare system.

The screening will be followed by a discussion with members of Greg’s family, moderated by Amy Zarzeczny, MHA Program Director and Associate Professor, JSGS. The discussion will give students an opportunity to explore broader themes relating to learning and communication within complex systems, quality and safety, teamwork, and mechanisms for policy change.

*Please note, this event is only open to current graduate students*
