This lecture evaluates Canada’s global influence through the lenses of trade, peacekeeping, diplomacy, and international development. We’ll explore how national priorities—from Indigenous rights to green innovation—are reflected in foreign policy. As Canada seeks to balance tradition and transformation, we ask: is the country leading, following, or falling behind on the world stage?
