The Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy congratulates 43 students who have recently completed their studies at the school and will be taking part in 2012 Spring Convocation this week at the University of Regina and the University of Saskatchewan.
“Our students are the best advertisement we have for the quality of our program,” said Michael Atkinson, executive director at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. “Every one of our graduands has worked outside their comfort zones, risen to the occasion and shown us their talents. We take enormous pride in their accomplishments, welcome them to our growing body of alumni and wish them all the best in the years ahead.”
At a graduation banquet held for University of Saskatchewan students, the school was thrilled to welcome special guest, Mr. Wayne G. Wouters, Clerk of the Privy Council and Secretary to the Cabinet with the Government of Canada. Mr. Wouters was in Saskatoon attending the University of Saskatchewan Convocation to accept an Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree.
