Online Master of Health Administration Information Session

Video Conference

Are you a health sector professional interested in advancing your career? Join us by Zoom to learn about our Master of Health Administration program, and how to apply!

Established in 2007, by the University of Regina and University of Saskatchewan, the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy is a joint provincial school dedicated to educating graduate students, public servants and those across sectors who are interested in, and devoted to, advancing public value. With nationally accredited graduate programs and a wealth of executive education training opportunities, the school is widely recognized for its innovative professional training and research excellence.

An Online Program Designed for Health Professionals

Administered through the school's University of Regina campus and delivered primarily online, the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program focuses on building leadership, management, and policy capacity for current, emerging and future health sector leaders. While in program, students develop the knowledge and skills that are required of professionals and managers in the health field, enabling them to contribute to improving the effectiveness of program and policy development, implementation and evaluation, as well as effectiveness in health service delivery, and managerial and administrative performance.

Within the MHA program, students can major in Health Informatics and Information Management (HIIM), which encompasses a wide scope of practice that includes information management, information systems, information technology, and finance areas.

Join us on April 1 at 10 am (CST) to hear from Amy Zarzeczny, JSGS Associate Professor and MHA Program Director, and Ramona Kyabaggu, JSGS Assistant Professor and MHA-HIIM Coordinator, to learn more about the program.

Heidi Eger, JSGS Academic Advisor, will also be on hand to answer any questions regarding the application and admissions processes.

Please note that our program application deadline for the Fall 2022 intake is May 1, 2022.
